Appointment Policy: The Wax Room has a 24hr cancellation policy for all appointments. If you must cancel or miss your appointment, you will be charged $25 at your next visit. Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. Out of consideration for the esthetician and other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
